The St. Regis Downtown, Dubai

Thank you to all the staff at Downtown St Regis Dubai

The walking path behind the Hotel overlooking the Canal we were able to walk every morning and evening watching the boats go by beautiful scenery with no disturbance from traffic.

The hospitality of the front desk specially the gentleman from Mauritius how he treats with clients so professional and I believe should invest on him

The service of the bolter like pressing didnt set the exception and i believe need to take it in consideration to be reviewed

The hotel was amazing.. rooms are spacious and the service was top notch.. room service and food was excellent. The staff were so friendly and helpful . Not my first time there and was the same even better after one year apart.

The rooms are modern and cleaned twice daily. The Italian restaurant is good, and the gym and sauna are nice.

This is my fourth time in Dubai, and I have always stayed at 5-star hotels. Last year, I was at another 5-star property. Unfortunately, I feel the price of this hotel does not justify its location, and the overall experience felt quite basic.A key issue was the concierge service, which was not helpful. I requested a restaurant booking and followed up three times but received no response. I ended up making the reservation myself online. By comparison, the concierge teams at Lana and the Me Dubai were far more effective.Overall, the hotel felt expensive for what it offered. When I return to Dubai next New Year, I will try to find a different hotel.

The hotel exceeded expectations, and the butler service was truly the highlight, adding exceptional comfort and care.Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Elfeky for his outstanding support and professionalism, which made the experience even more memorable. It is a clean, nice, good location hotel

I can't say this is a luxurious hotel, It is a nice 5 stars hotel but not a luxury hotel compare to Ritz-Carl and even fourseasons. Basically, overpriced

The entire team was absolutely wonderful, friendly, and consistently ready to help with anything we needed. Their dedication made a significant difference in our stay.Our room was spacious and well-appointed with everything required for a comfortable stay. It felt very welcoming and functional.The hotel boasts a convenient location, and the beautiful view from our room was a definite highlight.Both the breakfast and the food in all of the hotel's restaurants were delicious and varied. It was a pleasure dining at the property.

This was my second stay at St. Regis Downtown, and I noticed that the hygiene standards were not as good as before. Unfortunately, we experienced an incident where we found the bathroom in an unclean condition, which was quite disappointing. I even had to point out how it should be cleaned, as the overall cleanliness level did not meet expectations.However, the management handled the situation professionally by offering to change our room, provide complimentary breakfast, and extend a late checkout. I truly appreciate their efforts to make things right, but I hope the hygiene standards return to the exceptional level I experienced during my previous stay.

Nothing I stay near to my course

The St Regis hotel is superbly pristine. Upon check-in we were quickly greeted and provided a hand towel and cold beverage. The Process was handled rapidly and we were able to check-in to our room early so that we could start our Anniversary celebratory trip. The staff always went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and all of our needs met. The suite was fabulous with plenty of room and chic decor. The bathroom was beyond elegant absolutely loved the enormous rainfall shower. Our bed was truly one of the most comfortable I experienced in my vast travels. Furthermore, upon arriving back to our room the St Regis had balloons and treats including a sentimental note, basket of fruit, and a slice of cake. Moreover, we had breakfast every morning, and Chef Moin would go out of his way to make us a special traditional breakfast. Kudos to Chef Moin for being so pleasant and having a love and expertise in cuisine. Every morning Sanda would eagerly greet us by name and would brighten my day. Sanda has the friendliest personality, demeanor, and a genuine hospitality. I must give kudos and sing praises to Anthony as he was the most compassionate concierge agent. Anthony is a true superstar who went above and beyond to assist us with retrieving our luggage from Emirates. He also gave us several great tour suggestions and places to visit in Dubai. He was always so friendly, kind, and easy to speak with. Abdul was also one of the best Concierge agents as he definitely elevated our experience by personally setting up a special 24k Cappuccino at the Burj Al Arab and tour with their Asst Concierge Manager. He did this to make our Anniversary special which, was so kind and thoughtful. Lastly, I want to recognize Zara and Nour for their exceptional service and hospitality.

Restaurant options are ok but not great in the hotel

It’s my 2nd time here. It’s great for quick stay. Good service and the staff are helpful

The breakfast buffet was not the best but it meets your expectations. I wish the room lightening was better.

It nice and clean

I am complaint regarding an overcharge on my recent stay. The amount charged to my account was higher than the agreed rate. I was informed that this was due to a system error, but until today no refund has been processed to my bank account.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive. The butler service was always available and highly efficient, making everything smooth and effortless. I really appreciated the complimentary late check-out, which made the stay even more relaxing. The restaurant was also fantastic with great food and service. Overall, a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend at an amazing price.
